After leaving university Jake has run and started several companies,
concentrating on CRM and internet applications. He is currently CEO of
omelett.es, the company behind Tactile CRM and Resolve RM.

He is mainly responsible for coffee making in the office as well as
the day to running of things. Archie (@officedog) is normally not far
away.
