More and more banks have started providing online banking in recent years as part of a campaign to reduce costs. Many customers are more comfortable banking online, avoiding the long queues in most industries. However, not everyone is convinced of the benefits.

Nyoman Buki, a worker at a chemical company in Jakarta is among those banks in favor of the comfort of your home with online banking.

"I'm just reluctant to waste on a branch and tails to time, in which it is easier to take an Internet business with online banking," he said.

Although
the banks have increased the number of branches, our customers prefer
to switch to Internet banking, because it is much cheaper to process
transactions online.
