Victoria Grimbly is a KTP Associate working as the New Media Development Officer in partnership with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society and the School of Music at Bangor University. Victoria has eight years experience of working in Digital Media as a freelance Editor and project manager for various websites, intranets, extranets, mobile projects

Victoria's project started in 2006 and will be completed in September 2009. The project's aim is to use innovative technology to broaden audiences and realise new commercial income streams

Since working on the project she launched the Phil's website in 2006: winning local, regional and national awards for Best Website of the Year. In 2007, Victoria worked on the Second Life Project where the Phil became the first professional Orchestra to play live in Second Life. This groundbreaking project raised the Phil's international profile, winning the Innovation Award at the Gramophone Awards and Best Not for Profit at the Big Chip Awards
